Pay-As-You-Go users must deposit sufficient funds to cover all transcription requirements, in order to receive their documents.
Submission of a document for typing constitutes tacit acceptance and acknowledgement of all our Terms and Conditions.

CONTRACT USER
The client who supplies more detailed information and complies with minimum transcription volume and credit requirements.
Contract users benefit from a slightly better rate for volume.
A contract user can appoint an account manager with pre-determined access privileges inter alia to register additional authors.
There is no minimum charge for a single document but there may be a minimum monthly retainer for unusually short turnaround requirements and to qualify for "special bulk discount rates".

The account manager will receive an email with a reference code informing you that a saproType consultant will contact you in due course.
A saproType consultant will contact the new account manager to determine an applicable rate issue a user ID.
In certain cases a limited trial may be arranged at an appropriately reduced rate.
The account manager can then install software and register new authors online by logging on to the saproType website www.saprotype.co.za with the user ID and his unique password.
